NSure Presales - Techno Functional Consultant – Life Insurance

Role Purpose: Technical knowledge withdeep Life Insurance domain and product expertise and translate customer requirements into viable software solutions during presales.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze General Insurance business requirements from RFP/RFI and customer processes on Core System and front end solutions
Knowledge on Middle Office engine with Rules and Workflows
Technical knowledge on Java, Springboot, RDBMS Databases, Cloud services, API
Lead or participate in discovery sessions and customer workshops.
Provide expertise across New Business, Product Configuration, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Premiums, Renewals, Endorsements, Claims, Payments, Commissions, Reinsurance and Policy Servicing.
Map requirements to product capabilities and identify configuration, customization and gaps.
Positive understanding and knowledge on the technical and architecture of the solution
Co-ordinate with product tech team and infra team
Ability to prepare the implementation plan for Water fall,



Agile and Hybrid
Design solution flows and functional architecture.
Conduct product demonstrations and scenario walkthroughs.
Prepare Technical RFP/RFI responses, Presentations and support PoCs.
Work with BAs on requirements and documentation.
Coordinate feasibility with Sales, Product and Technology teams.
Support estimation, implementation planning and risk identification.

Experience & Qualifications
7–12 years of Life Insurance domain experience.
Experience with Life Insurance policy administration systems.
Solid understanding of Life Insurance products and processes.
Good understanding of tech stack, APIs, integrations and enterprise applications architectures.
Presales/consulting experience preferred.
Robust customer-facing and presentation skills.
