Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts MIS to manage financial data, MIS reporting, analysis, and management dashboards. The role requires a strong combination of accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, data analysis, and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, compile, analyze, and report financial data from various ledgers and systems.
Prepare and analyze Balance Sheet, P&L;, and Cash Flow reports.
Develop and maintain MIS reports and management dashboards.
Use advanced Excel functions including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and basic Macros.
Automate data compilation and reporting processes.
Extract and organize financial data from SAP, Oracle, Tally, or SQL databases.
Perform variance and trend analysis against budgets and forecasts.
Reconcile data across multiple systems and ensure accuracy and integrity.
Identify data mismatches and system-related issues and resolve them before reporting.




Streamline reporting workflows to improve efficiency and reduce monthly reporting time.
Present complex financial information in clear and easy formats for management.
Ensure timely delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.

Required Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH
Power Query and basic Macros
Power BI / Tableau or advanced dashboarding
Financial MIS & Reporting
Financial statement analysis
Variance & Trend Analysis
ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle / Tally
Working knowledge of SQL
Solid accounting principles and bookkeeping knowledge
Good communication and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under strict month-end deadlines

Preferred Candidate
5–6 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or MIS Reporting
Robust understanding of GAAP/IFRS, double-entry bookkeeping, and tax compliance
System-oriented, proactive, team-oriented, and result-driven approach.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
