Manage order processing, billing, invoicing and dispatch coordination.
Handle distributor claims related to replacement, breakage, expiry, freight and credit notes.
Monitor inventory, stock reconciliation and product availability.
Maintain SAP/CBO master data, including party, item, batch, rates and schemes.
Coordinate with distributors and field sales teams for operational queries.
Support PR/PO, outstanding tracking and monthly closing activities.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Logistics, Commercial and other departments.
Ensure timely, accurate and complete MIS reporting to management.
