We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to support the execution and supervision of construction activities at interior projects and sites. The candidate will work closely with Senior Site Engineers, Project Managers, Architects, Contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to build practical experience in site execution, construction supervision, material coordination, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Senior Site Engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and workers for smooth project execution.
Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements to support timely completion of work.
Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
Identify and report site issues, delays,



and safety concerns to the Senior Engineer/Project Manager.
Maintain daily site reports, measurements, progress records, and other project documentation while ensuring adherence to safety standards.

What we are looking for
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience as a Junior Site Engineer, Site Supervisor, or in a similar construction-related role (Freshers with relevant internships or practical site exposure may also be considered).
Basic knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and civil engineering practices.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints.
Basic proficiency in AutoCAD/CAD software.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at construction sites and in outdoor/field conditions.
Ability to learn quickly and work under the guidance of senior team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
