Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Matrimonial Sales & Service Executive to handle customer enquiries, explain matrimonial services, generate leads, and support customers throughout the registration and matchmaking process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Explain matrimonial packages, membership plans, and services to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into registrations/memberships.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable matrimonial services.
Maintain regular communication with registered customers.
Assist customers with profile registration, profile updates, and service-related queries.




Coordinate with the matchmaking team to provide suitable profiles based on customer requirements.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, registrations, and sales.
Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the service period.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and profile information.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
