Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Marketing Executive – B2B to strengthen our institutional and corporate outreach. The role involves visiting colleges and institutions, conducting marketing campaigns and seminars, building relationships, and generating qualified leads for our programs.
Key Responsibilities
Visit colleges, educational institutions, and relevant organizations to promote Offenso Hackers Academy programs.
Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions.
Identify and connect with key decision-makers and institutional representatives.
Generate qualified leads through institutional visits, campaigns, events, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, training institutions, and corporate partners.
Coordinate with internal Sales and Marketing teams for effective lead conversion.
Follow up with generated leads and maintain accurate lead and activity records.
Research and identify recent B2B partnership and outreach opportunities.
Achieve assigned lead-generation and marketing activity targets.
Prepare regular reports on visits, campaigns, leads generated, and conversions.
Represent Offenso Hackers Academy professionally during external meetings and events.

Confident in conducting seminars and institutional meetings.
Good networking and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for college and institutional visits.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead-generation practices is an advantage.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in B2B marketing, institutional marketing, field marketing, education marketing, or business development will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and marketing skills may also be considered.
