Marketing Executive – Diagnostic Laboratory Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and corporate clients. Promote laboratory services, diagnostic tests, health packages, and home collection services. Generate recent B2B business and increase sample referrals.

Regularly visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals. Explain test profiles, packages, pricing, TAT, and laboratory services to clients. Follow up with existing clients and identify opportunities for increasing business.

Achieve monthly business and collection targets. Coordinate with the laboratory and collection teams for smooth sample pickup and processing. Maintain records of client visits, leads, referrals, and business generated.

Handle client queries and resolve service-related issues promptly. Conduct health camps and promotional activities when required. Assist in WhatsApp,



digital marketing, social media, and other promotional campaigns.

Monitor competitor pricing and market activities.

Skills Required: Good communication and convincing skills. Knowledge of pathology/diagnostic laboratory services preferred. Good relationship-building and negotiation skills. Ability to meet sales targets. Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and digital marketing. Willingness to travel for client visits.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred in diagnostic laboratory, healthcare, pharma, or medical sales.
