About Kaykoy

Kaykoy is a Brew Pub and restaurant located on Sarjapur Road, Bangalore, offering a vibrant dining and entertainment experience.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams and ensure that all marketing activities are completed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the social media agency for content, creatives, campaigns, and posting schedules.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for marketing collaterals, both digital and print.
Follow up with agencies and vendors to ensure work is completed on time.
Coordinate marketing activities for events, offers, promotions, and special occasions.
Review creatives and content and coordinate for approvals.
Support social media activities on Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
Have a basic understanding of Meta and Google Ads.
Maintain marketing calendars, files, creatives, and campaign details.
Coordinate with the marketing team and management for day-to-day requirements.
Ensure planned marketing activities are executed within the given timelines.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
Experience in hospitality,



restaurants, retail, lifestyle, or similar industries will be an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Robust follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Meta and Google.
Basic knowledge of creative tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Positive organisational skills and attention to detail.
Should be proactive, responsible, and valuable at getting things done.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
