Role Description The Junior Video Editor will support the creation of video content that promotes Wings Medivalue’s healthcare services and consulting solutions. This full time role is on-site in Kerala, India, and involves editing raw footage, trimming clips, adding transitions, and syncing audio to produce clear and engaging videos. The role includes working with senior team members to understand project requirements, organizing and managing media files, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

Editor will also assist in preparing different video formats for social media, websites, and presentations, while maintaining consistent quality and meeting project timelines.

Qualifications
Video editing skills using common editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, sound editing, and color correction to enhance video quality.
Understanding of social media and digital platforms for publishing and adapting video content.
Ability to follow creative briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and incorporate feedback effectively.
Robust attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
Positive written and verbal communication skills in English; regional language proficiency is an advantage.
Educational background in media, film, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Interest in healthcare and willingness to learn about medical and wellness services to create accurate, informative content.
