We are looking for experienced NOC Engineers with hands-on expertise in IP-MPLS networks and multi-vendor platforms to join our team in Chennai.

Position Details:

Role: NOC Engineer (L2 / L3 / L4)

Experience: 2 to 10 Years

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Role & responsibilities

Fault Management: Perform 2nd-level fault analysis, Care Case handling (Minor/Major/Critical), emergency support, and detailed RCA documentation.

Config & Migrations: Execute BSC/RNC rehoming, MSC migrations, Gb/A-interface capacity additions, MOP executions, and site commissioning.

Network Operations: Manage MPLS L2/L3 VPNs, MPLS-TE, Change Request (CRF) validations, and 2nd-level KPI trend evaluations.

Optimization & Governance: Oversee access/transport network dimensioning, automated macro creation,



QA audits, and vendor SLA tracking.

Preferred candidate profile

Core Protocols: In-depth knowledge of IP-MPLS (ISIS, OSPF, BGP, LDP, MPLS-VPN, MPLS RSVP-TE, MP-BGP).

Multi-Vendor Expertise: Hands-on experience with Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei routers/switches.

Integrations & Migrations: Robust hands-on experience with Nokia and Cisco platform integrations; complex migration experience is a major plus.

Troubleshooting & Tools: Advanced high-impact outage resolution, incident management, and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, HPNM).
