Preferred Qualifications -

1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

Experience in digital marketing agencies, startups, or creative teams is preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Poster & Video Editor who can create engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, advertisements, and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, robust video-editing skills, and the ability to convert marketing ideas into visually appealing content.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Design social media posters, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives, and marketing materials.

Create Instagram posts, Stories, Reels covers, YouTube thumbnails, and other digital creatives.

Maintain consistent brand identity across all designs.

Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various platforms.

Video Editing

Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms.

Edit promotional, corporate, product, and marketing videos.

Add transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, music, sound effects,



and visual effects where required.

Create engaging videos from raw footage, images, stock footage, and AI-generated assets.

Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.

Content & Marketing Support

Work with the marketing/BD team to understand campaign objectives.

Convert concepts, scripts, and briefs into creative visual content.

Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, transitions, and content formats.

Suggest creative ideas for improving engagement and reach.

Deliver creatives within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva or equivalent design tools.

Valuable experience with Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut / After Effects or similar video-editing tools.

Knowledge of social media design and video formats.

Understanding of typography, composition, colors, and visual hierarchy.

Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an advantage.

Ability to work with AI-based creative tools is a plus.

Positive communication and time-management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
