About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager/Executive with robust expertise in digital and campaign marketing, coupled with an understanding of AI-driven tools. The ideal candidate should be adept at designing campaigns, generating impactful content, and driving effective lead generation strategies in the IT domain.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote services and solutions.
Leverage AI tools to generate high-quality content, campaign creatives, and marketing assets.
Manage and optimize campaigns using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and Zoho.
Design and publish engaging LinkedIn content posts, ads, and thought leadership articles.
Implement demand generation and lead nurturing strategies to deliver qualified leads for sales.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create IT-specific use cases, case studies, and whitepapers.
Track and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and lead conversion rates.
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, digital marketing, and IT market dynamics.





Requirements
5–7 years of experience in marketing, with a robust focus on digital and B2B campaigns.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, Zoho).
Solid understanding of AI tools for content creation, marketing automation, and analytics.
Proven ability to design impactful campaigns for platforms like LinkedIn.
Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, nurturing, and pipeline growth.
Solid understanding of IT solutions to conceptualize and present use cases.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and content development skills.
Based in Hyderabad, with flexibility to work in a hybrid/office environment.

Preferred Skills
Experience in the B2B IT/technology sector – specifically, marketing Salesforce Services – Development, Maintenance etc., primarily in the US market.
Creative mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Comfortable working with cross-functional global teams.
