Marketing Executive – Real Estate We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team at Myron Homes Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, presentation, communication, and customer-handling skills, with the ability to generate leads and convert prospects into successful bookings. Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through various marketing and sales channels.
Conduct professional project and property presentations to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
Conduct client meetings and coordinate site visits.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into bookings.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate project information.
Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM system.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales and marketing activity reports. Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience specifically as a Marketing Executive.
Real estate experience will be preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong sales, convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
Valuable lead generation and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
English, Telugu, and Hindi communication skills preferred.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
