Sukoon Health is looking for an experienced Civil & Interiors qualified to lead the planning and execution of civil and interior fit-out projects across our healthcare facilities.
Location: Chandigarh
Experience: 12–15 years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; NICMAR preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, site execution, and civil & interior fit-out works
Manage contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Oversee high-end finishing, quality, safety, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with MEP and design teams
Ensure projects are delivered as per approved drawings and standards
Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, retail, or healthcare projects is preferred.
