You will build and manage a structured pipeline of qualified prospects for Knometrix AI: using research, data tools, and outreach to connect us with the decision-makers who would benefit most from our intelligence services. This is a high-output role that rewards precision, persistence, and methodical thinking as much as communication skills.

Responsibilities
Build and segment prospect lists across target industries, geographies, and buyer roles
Execute structured outreach campaigns, LinkedIn, email, and other channels, tracking results and iterating
Research individual prospects to personalise outreach and improve response rates
Qualify incoming leads against defined criteria and hand off to business development
Report on pipeline metrics, outreach volume, response rates, conversion, and identify patterns

Requirements
MBA student or recent graduate:



any discipline; commercial instinct matters more than subject
Methodical and data-oriented: you track what you do, learn from the numbers, and adjust accordingly
Persistent without being pushy: you understand that valuable outreach is about relevance, not volume
Comfortable with outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing platforms, CRM)
Solid attention to detail: prospect data quality directly affects pipeline quality
