We need a versatile technical resource to maintain our business dashboards, maintain web assets, and handle basic digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for accurate data reporting and day-to-day website upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, update, and troubleshoot company websites and landing pages (WordPress/PHP/Webflow or custom stack).
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS performance reports using Advanced Excel/Sheets.
Oversee domain, hosting, company email configurations, and basic internal IT troubleshooting.
Ensure website forms, lead integrations, and tracking pixels/analytics are functioning correctly.
Automate data pipelines and cleanup operational datasets.
Requirements:
Hands-on knowledge of Web Development (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress).
Solid MS Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
Basic understanding of website hosting, DNS, and database management.
