Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced NPD Head to lead end-to-end Recent Product Development activities, from customer requirements and feasibility to successful product launch and production handover.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end NPD projects from RFQ to SOP.
Review customer drawings, specifications and conduct product/process feasibility.
Lead APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA and SPC activities.
Coordinate product development, tooling, fixtures, prototypes and trials.
Manage NPD timelines, milestones, costing and project status.
Coordinate with Customer, Design, Tool Room, Production, Quality, Purchase and PPC teams.




Handle customer technical discussions, approvals and engineering changes (ECN).
Ensure smooth transition of recent products from development to mass production.
Drive cost reduction, VA/VE, process improvement and manufacturability.
Lead and develop the NPD team and ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Automotive NPD and APQP/PPAP.
Good understanding of plastic injection moulding, tooling and assemblies.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
Robust project management, problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive customer requirements preferred.
Experience in OEM/Tier-1 automotive component industry preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
