What you will do
- Explore learner and content data

What you must bring
- 2–7 years in data science, machine learning or applied AI
- strong Python
- statistics and experimentation
- experience with ML frameworks and contemporary LLM tooling
- ability to communicate model behavior to product and learning teams.
- Validated AI use cases
- model/evaluation quality
- speed from hypothesis to prototype
- reliable handover to engineering
- measurable improvement in learner experience or operational efficiency.
