THE ROLE The Territorial Sales Manager is the frontline executor of the sales organisation. Operating within a defined city or town cluster - South India. The TSM is responsible for driving daily sales, managing local trade relationships, and ensuring the brand is well-represented at every retail touchpoint. This is a high-activity, high-accountability field role where consistent ground-level execution directly translates into business results. LOCATION - Kerala, Bangalore, Hyderabad and other South Indian clusters WHAT YOU WILL DO - Achieve primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory on a monthly and quarterly basis - Manage and service the existing distributor and retailer network, ensuring healthy stock, timely replenishment,



and smooth order fulfilment - Introduce new product launches, price revisions, and trade schemes to retailers and channel partners - Handle replacement requests and coordinate customer service issues at the ground level - Execute local promotional activities and in-store visibility drives at key outlets - Monitor competitor activities like track pricing, schemes, and product movements and report findings to the ASM - Maintain accurate daily beat plans, market visit records, and sales reports - Identify and recommend recent retail touchpoints and business opportunities within the territory WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT - Not an office or backend role - daily market visits and retailer interactions are the core of this job - Not a passive order-collection role - the TSM is expected to actively sell, influence, and drive offtake - Not limited to existing accounts - new outlet addition and territory expansion are key expectations WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Gradu
