Job SummaryWe are looking for an ambitious, sharp, and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Fresher) to join our growing analytics team in Hyderabad. In this hybrid role, you will help clean, analyze, and visualize data streams that drive strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities

- Data Processing & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and clean raw datasets from SQL databases, flat files, and cloud sources.
- Dashboarding & Reporting: Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Partner with operations, marketing, and finance teams to answer ad-hoc business questions with data-backed insights.
- Data Quality Assurance: Monitor data pipelines/reports for anomalies, missing records,



or logic drift.
- Documentation: Maintain explicit documentation of data definitions, metrics dictionary, and query libraries.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (2024–2026 batches welcome).
- Technical Stack:
- SQL: Proficient in writing joins, aggregations, subqueries, and window functions.
- Visualization: Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
- Programming: Working knowledge of Python (pandas, numpy) or R is a strong plus.
- Excel: Strong command over PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data modeling.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, clarity in verbal/written communication, and curiosity to solve unstructured business problems.
