Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in CyberArk / Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Enterprise Password Vault (EPV).
- Experience with PVWA, CPM, PSM, and Digital Vault.
- Strong understanding of privileged account management and access-control concepts.
- Experience onboarding and managing large numbers of privileged accounts.
- Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix systems.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security concepts.
- Experience integrating CyberArk with SIEM, MFA, IAM, and enterprise applications.
- Experience troubleshooting CyberArk components and connectivity issues.
- Knowledge of security standards and best practices related to PAM, least privilege, segregation of duties, and privileged session management.

Preferred Skills
- CyberArk Defender and/or Sentry certification.
- Experience with CyberArk REST APIs and automation.
- PowerShell or Python scripting experience.
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of IAM, SSO, MFA, OAuth/OIDC, and SAML.




- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
- Experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or QRadar.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD environments.
- Experience with database and network-device privileged account management.

Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional infrastructure and security teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and risk management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
