Marvanta Shipping LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team in the Customs Clearance division.

Customs Clearance Executive

? Qualification

M.Com (Master of Commerce)

Freshers with willingness to learn and right attitude will be preferred.

0-2 years of experience in any field is welcome to apply.

? Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply.

0–2 years of experience in any field.

? Key Responsibilities

Preparation and documentation for Customs Clearance.

Filing and processing of Bill of Entry (BOE).

Filing and processing of Shipping Bills.

Handling Import and Export documentation.

Following all applicable Customs procedures, regulations and compliances.

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely submission of documents.

Coordinating with clients, customs authorities and other stakeholders.

Supporting documentation related to Freight Forwarding, Shipping and Logistics operations.





Understanding and following all applicable procedures, regulations and compliance requirements related to Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding and the logistics domain.

?‍? Ideal Candidate

Solid attention to detail and documentation skills.

Willingness to learn Customs Clearance procedures and regulations.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to follow company policies, operational procedures and compliance requirements.
