phone and other channels.Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the appropriate internal teams.Follow up on customer requests, issues and pending activities.Assist with day-to-day business and operational coordination.Maintain records, trackers, reports and documentation.Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders.Assist with scheduling, follow-ups and project-related activities.Learn and use internal business and IT systems.Support different departments based on business requirements.Ensure professional and timely communication with customers and team members.?
