THE ROLE:- Manage daily marketplace operations: listings, inventory, pricing,promotions, order flow etc- Track sales, returns and account health; prepare daily/weekly reports- Coordinate a small back-office team and follow up tasks to completion- Work daily with AI tools (Chatgpt/Gemini / Claude) for reports, listing contentand problem-solving - Handle our website (Shopify) catalog and order operations
WE NEED:- Good written English (reading + writing) — must- 1–3 years in e-commerce preferred;exceptional freshers with robust English considered- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets; fast learner of recent softwares- Takes ownership; solves problems without daily supervision
GROWTH: Written 6-month reviews; stronger performer becomes Team Lead within 3–6 months with salary jump. Day shift, Sunday holiday.
