Job Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair iPhone and Android smartphones. Perform display, battery, charging-port, speaker, camera and other hardware replacements. Identify motherboard and software-related issues.
Perform software installation, updates, data backup and basic troubleshooting. Test phones properly after repair and ensure quality before delivery. Maintain tools, spare parts and service records.
Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair issues and costs. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience as a mobile technician preferred. Positive knowledge of iPhone and Android hardware.
Experience with mobile disassembly and component replacement. Basic motherboard-level repair knowledge is an advantage. Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
