We are hiring a Patch Management Engineer for our Cybersecurity / Patch Management team.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 3–5 Years

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: USA Business Hours / US Client Support Shift

ITSM, Excel, dashboards & reporting

Responsibilities
Execute patch deployment across enterprise endpoints and servers
Troubleshoot patch failures and compliance gaps
Support monthly, emergency & out-of-band patch cycles
Track patch compliance, remediation and SLA status
Coordinate with infrastructure, endpoint security and vulnerability management teams
Maintain documentation, reports and compliance evidence





Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Patch Management, Endpoint Management, Infrastructure Operations, or Cybersecurity Operations
Valuable understanding of Windows/Linux/macOS patching
Knowledge of ITIL, Change Management and Incident Management
Solid troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work USA hours from Hyderabad

Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
