Role Summary
As a Patient Counsellor, you will be the primary point of contact for patients visiting the clinic. You will understand patients' concerns, educate them about QI Spine's treatment approach, guide them through their treatment journey, and help them make informed decisions. This role combines patient care, counselling, and consultative sales while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel patients and their families regarding QI Spine's non-surgical treatment programs.
Understand patient needs, concerns, and treatment expectations through effective questioning and active listening.
Explain treatment plans, pricing,
payment options, and expected outcomes in a explicit and empathetic manner.
Convert doctor recommendations into treatment enrollments while maintaining a patient-centric approach.
Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey.
Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
Any HSC or Bachelor's degree in any discipline .
Experience
0–5 years of experience in education counseling, admission counselling, tele-counseling, or consultative sales.
Skills Required
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English and the local language.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and influence patient decisions ethically.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
