Roles and Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise on NetSuite's Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including MAnufacturing,WIP, Routing, inventory management, procurement, and order management.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions using NetSuite's SCM capabilities.
Implement and configure NetSuite's SCM modules to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
Troubleshoot issues related to inventory discrepancies, procurement delays, or order fulfillment errors in real-time.
Develop training materials and provide guidance to clients on how to effectively use NetSuite's SCM features.
