Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and mobility. Monitor and report residents' health conditions and any changes to the nursing staff or supervisor. Support patients with medication reminders as instructed by healthcare specialists.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a protected setting for residents. Assist in transferring, positioning, and ambulation of residents using proper techniques. Record daily care activities and maintain required documentation.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Follow infection control, safety, and quality protocols. Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care.
