Handle manpower deployment, attendance and contract labour coordination.
Monitor production, line efficiency, downtime, wastage and process deviations.
Coordinate breakdown maintenance and ensure timely line restoration.
Maintain production records, shift reports, manpower details.
Ensure proper shift handover, housekeeping, 5S and workforce discipline.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions for productivity improvement.
