Identify and priorities target recent and upcoming buildings, gated communities and commercial complexes, IT Parks across the coverage area.
Build relationships with builders, developers, RWAs, association secretaries, facility managers and property consultants.
Negotiate and close building access agreements, MOUs and IBS/DAS arrangements, including revenue share or fixed rental models.
Secure Right of Way permissions from existing/current operational gated communities and commercial complexes, IT Parks
Coordinate site surveys with the Projects and NOC teams; validate feasibility, duct routes, power availability and shaft space.
Track every project from survey to agreement to build to handover to operations.
Engage builders at the per-construction stage so that fiber infrastructure is embedded in the building plan.
Maintain a building master database covering status, agreement and renewal dates, homes passed and homes connected.
