We are looking to onboard a detail-oriented and execution-driven professional to strengthen our Finance & Operations function. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payment processing (vendor payments, reimbursements, refunds)
Perform bank, invoices, and payment reconciliations with accuracy
Handle discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
Maintain financial records and generate payments reports
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and internal policies
Support automation and process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with Accounts, Finance, Operations and other Internal teams
Monitor risks and ensure secure financial transactions

Requirements:




Basic experience in payments/accounts/finance operations
Knowledge of UPI, NEFT, RTGS, and payment gateways
Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Understanding of GST/TDS is a plus
Ability to meet deadlines in a energetic work setting
