Job Summary : Production Manager oversees all manufacturing operations for metal fabrication, glass processing, and lighting assembly. This role focuses on optimizing production efficiency, ensuring strict quality control, and maintaining a secure working setting. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, implement lean manufacturing principles, and bridge the gap between design concepts and final products. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations &
Production Management
Schedule Workflow: Coordinate daily production schedules across metal, glass, and light assembly lines to meet tight deadlines.
Optimize Output: Maximize machine and labor utilization while minimizing material waste and production downtime.
Technical Oversight: Supervise metal CNC machining, welding, glass cutting/tempering, and electrical wiring processes.
Supply Chain Liaison: Collaborate with procurement to ensure steady raw material flow and manage inventory levels.

Quality Assurance &
Safety
Enforce Standards: Maintain strict quality benchmarks for high-end finishes, structural integrity, and electrical safety certifications.
Safety Compliance:



Uphold local safety regulations, ensuring proper usage of PPE and secure operation of heavy machinery.
Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into production defects or equipment failures to implement permanent corrective actions.

Leadership &
Continuous Improvement
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and evaluate supervisors, technicians, and assembly workers.
Implement Lean: Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies.
Budgeting: Manage the production budget, tracking labor costs, equipment maintenance, and capital expenditures.

Required QualificationsEducation &
Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior supervisory role within the metal, glass, or lighting sectors

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
