Education Diploma/Degree Mechanical.
Must have knowledge and Experience of fabrication work (Sheet Metal & Tubular).
Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.
Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production plans to meet changing customer requirements and market trends.
Implement and maintain production control systems to track work-in-progress, identify bottlenecks, and improve workflow efficiency.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and organizational policies.
Prepare and present production reports highlighting performance metrics, capacity utilization, and improvement prospects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production delays,



reduce downtime, and enhance operational efficiency.
Recommend process improvements for high quality, cost effectiveness and excellent customer services.
Have to supervise the working of Press & Assembly Shop for fabrication work.
Handle the Team of 60 to 70 workers.
Must be energetic and honest in work.
Minimum have to 7+ years’ experience (preferred Furniture Industry )

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
