– Production Supervisor (CNC Machining)

Position: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting CNC machines, including Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) and CNC Turning Centers.
Supervise and manage shop floor manpower to ensure optimum productivity and discipline.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Stores to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor machine utilization, operator efficiency, and overall shift performance to achieve production targets.

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in CNC machining operations, preferably in the aerospace or precision engineering industry.
Positive knowledge of ERP systems, production planning, and manufacturing KPIs.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle production under tight delivery schedules.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
