Measure property area and verify site boundaries.
Assess construction quality, age of property, amenities, and legal risks.
Prepare detailed valuation reports as per bank / client formats.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, builders, lawyers, and brokers for data verification.
Maintain valuation records and ensure timely report submission.
Follow RBI / bank guidelines and internal quality standards.
Travel to sites within assigned territory.
