Roles and Responsibilities
Study tender documents, client requirements, and technical specifications.
Prepare accurate technocommercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimations.
Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams for inputs.
Draft bid documents ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Support negotiation and client discussions with explicit documentation.
Maintain records of proposals, revisions, and client communications.
Prepare proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects, including BOQ, BOM, cost estimation, and tender evaluation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive proposals that meet client requirements.
Review and revise proposals as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Conduct site visits to gather information on existing infrastructure and prepare detailed designs using AutoCAD.
