Swad Food Products is a leading food manufacturing company in Thrissur. We are hiring a sincere and responsible Part time Production Supervisor for our evening shift.

Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM (6 Hours)

We are looking for a Production Supervisor who can manage our evening production, packing, and loading operations and ensure smooth workflow during the shift.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise evening production and packing activities from 4 PM to 10 PM
Manage and allocate work to production staff and packing helpers
Manage and supervise loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods
Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly as per invoice and delivery plan
Ensure production target is achieved within the shift
Maintain product quality, weight,



and packing standards
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and discipline on the shop floor
Maintain daily production, stock, and loading reports
Report any issues to the management

Requirements
Freshers are also welcome
Experience in managing loading & unloading staff is an added advantage
Must be able to manage labour staff
Hardworking and physically active
Must be from nearby location - Anchery, Puzhakkal, Thrissur area preferred
Can join immediately

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
