Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed and detail-oriented Pharmacist to manage pharmaceutical inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, monitoring product quality, handling documentation, and supporting effective warehouse and distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.
Ensure proper storage conditions as per product specifications and regulatory requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
Implement and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices.
Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification.
Monitor product expiry dates and coordinate timely stock movement.
Prepare inventory reports and maintain store-related documentation.
Coordinate with procurement, regulatory, sales, and logistics teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and company SOPs.
Handle inward and outward documentation, including GRNs, stock transfers, and dispatch records.




Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store.

Qualifications
B.Pharm or D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
Valid Pharmacist Registration Certificate.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical storage and inventory management practices.
Familiarity with inventory software, ERP systems, or MS Excel.
Solid organizational and documentation skills.

Experience
1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical stores, warehouses, drug distribution, or inventory management.
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries preferred.
