About the Role:
A professional and passionate North Indian CDP is required to join a dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience preparing authentic North Indian dishes and maintaining high culinary standards. This role demands consistency, creativity, and a strong understanding of traditional cooking methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes including curries, naan, porottas, kulchas, and other tandoor specialties.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all dishes.
Follow standard recipes and assist in developing recent menu items.
Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are always met.
Handle ingredients responsibly,
ensuring proper storage and freshness.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals on time.
Maintain professional behavior and a positive attitude in a fast-paced workplace.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a CDP specializing in North Indian cuisine.
Strong knowledge of tandoor operations and North Indian cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
Qualified appearance, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
Culinary certification or relevant training preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
