We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager SME Business to drive sales and business growth within the SME segment. The role involves managing leads provided by ABCL, building solid relationships with SME clients, understanding their business requirements, and offering suitable life insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert qualified SME leads provided by ABCL.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME business owners and key decision-makers.
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance and protection solutions.
Drive business acquisition and achieve assigned sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Provide consultative selling by understanding business, taxation, and financial requirements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for policy issuance and servicing.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
Stay updated on market trends, insurance products, taxation,
and business regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience in SME Relationship Management, Business Development, Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or related sectors.
Strong understanding of consultative selling and client relationship management.
Knowledge of taxation and business laws will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in SME, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
Proven track record in lead conversion and revenue generation.
Robust networking and stakeholder management skills.
