Role Description The NPD Intern (New Product Development Intern) will support the end-to-end development of beauty and skincare products, from concept to launch. This internship role is hybrid, based in New Delhi with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with market and trend research, gathering consumer insights, and helping to identify gaps and opportunities in the product portfolio.

The intern will coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare product briefs, support formulation and packaging decisions, and maintain documentation and timelines.



The role also involves organizing samples, tracking feedback from internal stakeholders and consumers, and preparing concise reports and presentations for review.

Qualifications
Interest in beauty, skincare, and product development, with the ability to research market trends and consumer preferences.
Robust analytical and organizational skills, including attention to detail, data compilation, and documentation management.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for explicit reporting, presentations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic project coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in New Delhi, manage time effectively, and adapt to a quick-paced, evolving environment.
Educational background in cosmetology, chemistry, product design, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Prior internship or academic project experience in FMCG, beauty, skincare, or consumer products is an added advantage.
