Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain MEP Electrical 3D models using Revit MEP/AutoCAD.
Prepare electrical layouts, lighting, power distribution, cable trays, and containment models.
Coordinate electrical services with architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, and other MEP disciplines.
Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks.
Prepare drawings, documentation, and quantity take-offs.
Support engineers and project teams in resolving technical and construction-related issues.
Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and specifications.
