We are looking for an experienced Key Account Management professional to manage and grow National, Regional, and Local Hospital accounts. The role involves driving customer onboarding, current product listings, revenue growth, product availability, and robust stakeholder relationships across the hospital channel.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop National, Regional, and Local Hospital accounts across the assigned territory.
Drive customer onboarding and new product listing (NPD) within assigned hospital accounts.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Ensure availability of the planned product portfolio across respective hospital accounts.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly business reviews.
Work closely with institutional distributors/stockists and maintain a minimum of 30 days of stock.
Manage order collection, amendments, and appointments with key accounts as per the daily/weekly plan.
Adhere to the PJP and beat plan to ensure timely customer visits, sampling, and order collection.




Build and maintain solid relationships with key hospital stakeholders, including purchase teams and decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of hospital accounts.

Key Skills & Competencies
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospital business, preferably with National and Regional hospital accounts.
Strong understanding of the hospital channel, purchase processes, and rate contracts (RC).
Strong B2B sales and key account management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record of managing hospital accounts and developing strong customer relationships.
Robust business development, negotiation, planning, and execution skills.
Ability to manage targets, inventory, orders, and account-wise business performance.
