We are seeking a agile and experienced Key Account Manager – E-commerce to lead and grow our baby accessories product line across leading e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in launching current products, managing key online accounts, and developing strategies to drive growth in emerging product segments. This role is critical to expanding our digital footprint and brand visibility in the online baby care and accessories market.

Job Reasonability:

Account Management:

Manage and grow relationships with key e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Meesho, and others.

Own P&L; responsibility for the baby accessories category across platforms.

Monitor sales performance, manage listings, pricing, and promotions in alignment with platform strategy.

Product Launch & Segment Expansion:

Lead the end-to-end launch of new baby accessories products online.

Identify and develop new product segments based on market trends and customer insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Supply Chain)



for go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Plan and execute seasonal/brand campaigns, current launches, and platform-led events like Prime Day, Big Billion Day, etc.

Analyze performance data to optimize listings, drive conversions, and reduce returns

Coordination & Collaboration:

Coordinate with operations, inventory, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.

Work closely with marketing for creative asset planning, product descriptions, and digital marketing activities.

Market & Competitor Analysis:
Track market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform product development and pricing strategies.

Share insights and recommendations with the product and innovation teams
