We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality patient care and support healthcare staff in daily clinical activities. The ideal candidate will assist patients with personal care, monitor patient conditions, and help maintain a safe and comfortable healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support
Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration
Support nurses and physicians during patient care procedures
Maintain patient hygiene and comfort at all times
Assist with transferring and positioning patients safely
Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and medical equipment
Ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities
Follow infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations
Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families
Required Qualifications
ANM/GDA/GNMcertification
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or nursing home preferred
Knowledge of patient care and hygiene practices
