Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the nursing team during shifts
Ensure high-quality patient care, medication administration, and safety standards
Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain clinical documentation and ensure NABH/compliance requirements
Mentor and train junior nursing staff
Manage shift planning, staffing, and quality audits
Requirements:
B.Sc. Nursing or GNM
4+ years of nursing experience
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills
