We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Finance & Controllership role on temporary basis for 6 months. The position is suitable for a qualified Chartered Accountant with approximately 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, controllership, accounting, MIS and related functions.
Key Responsibilities
Compile, analyse and report financial and accounting data, including variance analysis.
Handle general accounting activities, ensuring accurate recording and maintenance of financial transactions.
Coordinate with Plant teams and cross-functional teams (CFTs) to ensure timely availability of financial and operational inputs and reporting.
Prepare and consolidate monthly operational results, forecast updates and annual operating plans.
Support financial reporting and consolidation activities and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Possess strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Undertake special projects and other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Key Prospect & Challenge A key focus area of the role will be supporting the implementation of new Financial Reporting and Consolidation Systems, providing an chance to work closely with various stakeholders and contribute to strengthening the organisation's financial reporting processes.
Employment Tenure
This is initially a temporary engagement for a period of 6 months. Upon completion of the initial 6-month period, the engagement may be concluded based on the client's requirements and business needs. Accordingly, candidates should be comfortable with the fixed-term / temporary nature of the position.
