Role Description The Meta ad script writer will create concise, compelling, and conversion-focused scripts for Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram ads, Reels, and short-form video campaigns. This full time remote role involves brainstorming concepts with the creative team, translating brand objectives into clear narrative structures, and writing multiple script variations for A/B testing and optimization. Day-to-day tasks include drafting ad hooks and CTAs, adapting scripts to different audience segments, collaborating with video production and design teams, and revising scripts based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.





The role also requires staying current with platform trends, ad policies, and best practices for high-performing short-form content.

Qualifications
Strong scriptwriting and scripting skills for short-form video and ad content.
Experience with screenplays or structured storytelling for video narratives.
Understanding of video production workflows and the ability to write scripts that align with visual execution.
Excellent writing skills, including clarity, brevity, and persuasive messaging tailored to digital audiences.
Familiarity with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad formats, targeting options, and content guidelines.
Ability to interpret campaign objectives and analytics to refine and improve scripts.
Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a remote, quick-paced creative environment.
Prior experience in digital marketing, performance advertising, or social media content creation is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Film, Creative Writing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
