Job Summary

Assist in mechanical design, 3D CAD modeling, and prototyping for EV two-wheelers. This is an onsite-only position in Bangalore.

Responsibilities
Assist in mechanical design and development of EV two-wheelers
Create and modify 3D CAD models and engineering drawings
Perform design calculations, basic engineering analysis, and component sizing
Support prototyping, fabrication, validation, and vehicle testing
Work on chassis, suspension, steering, braking, powertrain mounting, and other mechanical systems
Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting, and design optimization
Assist with component selection, material selection, and manufacturing processes
Work with suppliers and fabrication teams to develop mechanical components
Document design changes, test results, and engineering processes

Qualifications
Robust fundamentals in mechanical engineering and vehicle systems




Proficiency in SolidWorks is mandatory
Hands-on experience with Student Go-Kart, Formula Student, BAJA, SAE or similar projects is highly preferred
Understanding of mechanical design, manufacturing, materials, and GD&T;
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with vehicle dynamics, chassis, suspension, steering, or braking is an advantage
Understanding of EV two-wheeler architecture is advantageous
Robust interest in performance vehicles and automotive engineering
